PathoGenetix is actively seeking partners for scientific collaborations to help demonstrate the unique capabilities of the GSS platform.

PathoGenetix’s business strategy is to commercialize the GSS technology broadly in microbial genomics research, including microbiome studies; food and product safety, and clinical diagnostics through alliances with scientific and industry leaders.

Focus areas for scientific collaborations include characterization of microbial populations; either to demonstrate relationships between organisms in collections of isolates, or through profiling populations of microorganisms in complex biological samples, including microbiome analysis.

PathoGenetix is particularly interested in collaborations that can provide data to support a partner’s grant applications for further work utilizing GSS.
